I actually don't have a pick for this one. I can say one that I'm not a fan of but I wouldn't say they're the worst dressed. I don't normally wear all dark colors. I may have one or two items on at once but I do own them. So I'd say I'm not a huge fan of Hotaru's fashion but that's about it. It works for her.

 I really feel that each scout wears styles that really suit them perfectly and I would wear a lot of it myself.
