My Video Game Life: Pokemon Edition

I think you buns knew this was coming. As I'm sure you all know, I have played video games since I was a kid. My mom and uncle had an Atari and the original NES. So of course I was going to become a gamer. 30 years later, I'm still playing. Mostly thanks to my Darling who plays some of these games with me. One of them being Pokemon.
Pokemon is one of those games where all ages can enjoy. That's pretty amazing considering it just turned 20 years old! It's gotten so popular that it's gone beyond the games. We've got clothing, art, merch, a mobile app and tons of adorable plushies!

As you can see, I love the plushies the most XD
I also have Pokemon Red, Yellow and X! Hoping to get Pokemon Moon when it finally comes out.
Finally started playing Pokemon Go as well! Here are some of my catches~

Sailor Moon Anime
As much as I love the original and more serious version of Sailor Moon, I definitely prefer the anime. Mahou Shoujo is just one of the genres that you have to watch. It's about bright colors, the beautiful transformations and the very flamboyant costumes. I also love the feels I get from certain scenes like this one from the Sailor Moon R movie. Not to mention there is always really catchy music!

After thinking about this for a few days, it finally hit me. I don't wanna spoil for anyone that hasn't played this amazing game but I think that when Natalia has her big revelation is when I really fell in love with her. Even after that moment, she had just traveled the world with her friends to see what is happening everywhere and to her people. It opened her eyes and only made her finally realize her resolve. She became the People's Princess. It actually reminds me of Princess Diana. She wanted to do whatever she could to help those that need it. And change life for the better. And in hard times, we need someone like that.
